Bandipur National Park

"Bandipur National Park" is situated in the district of Mysore. It is an important and famous National Park of India. It is also an important tiger reserves in India.

Distance From Bangalore: Approximately 215 km.
What's Special: It is one of the tiger reserves launched during Project Tiger in 1973. Apart from tigers other animals which can be found in this forest but not limited to are elephants, sloth bears, deers, large squirrels, flying squirrels, Panthers, Indian Wild Dog, etc... There are also also variety of birds, plants and trees which can be seen in Bandipur National Park. There are various jungle lodges in and around this National Park which provide an unique experience during your stay. Bandipur National Park is truly one of the best tourist places near Bangalore.
Mode of Transport: Buses and any other private means of transport by road.
